• Time reporting: Users can clock in and out using their smartphones. The system can utilize the smartphone's GPS to set an allowable radius for clocking in, flagging any punches made outside of this range. Moreover, employees can monitor tasks by reporting on up to four job levels during the day.
• Absence Management: Both employees and managers can monitor their real-time balances against any accrual or entitlement in the workforce management system. Users can track current balances in hours or days for time off types such as vacation, personal leave, or sick days. Employees have the ability to request time off within the application, with the option to attach notes if needed. Managers can then approve these requests directly from their smartphones, with the system providing relevant validations to ensure comprehension of all implications before approval.
• Timesheet Display: The Synerion Mobile Pro application empowers employees to view their timesheets based on data from the Synerion Enterprise Attendance system. This feature allows users to access daily attendance and absence data, including any errors over a specified pay period. Furthermore, employees can scrutinize hour breakdowns encompassing regular, overtime, and deficiency hours, along with a summary for the specified period.
